Football: Only started playing 5 years ago. Had previously played basketball for 16 years before. This strong, fast - very fast - centre-back arrived from the shores of France aboard a Turkish lorry destined for Newcastle, but in his two years at Darkside, has now flourished into a respectable team player.

Most improved player for the 2004-2005 season, Bansept has attempted to rid his game of those crunching red-card offense tackles, but thankfully they remain ready for use on the rare occasion his speed is not enough!

Hobbies: Playing/ watching any sports, reading and chasing after my 3 year old boy.

Best chat up line: Don't need one....been happily married for 6 years.

Best joke: Two hunters are out in the woods when one of them collapses. He doesn't seem to be breathing and his eyes are glazed. The other guy whips out his phone and calls the emergency services. He gasps: "My friend is dead! What can I do?" The operator says: "Calm down, I can help. First, let's make sure he's dead." There is a silence, then a shot is heard. Back on the phone, the guy says: "OK, now what?
